The Paradise Palms subdivision is a prime example of Mid Century Modern living! Located between Maryland Parkway and Eastern on Desert Inn, this community is a great mix of ranch style homes mixed in with some amazing architecture. This particular subdivision is one of my favorites and find that the majority of my business is done in this area.

Originally constructed between 1962 and 1964 many of these homes surround the Las Vegas National Golf Course and Country Club. Many of these homes are situated directly on the course and offer some breathtaking views.
Built by the Molasky Group, located here in Las Vegas, many of these homes feature their signature Fleur D' Leis logo insignia in their concrete privacy walls. The architecture is all Palmer and Krisel. These architects were also responsible for the great Alexander homes located in Palm Springs. This unique subdivision was the first planned community in Clark County. They used curvilinear street patterns instead of rectilinear. Paradise Palms won the American Builder magazine award for one of the best planned communities in the U.S.
The architects were two young men by the names of Palmer and Krissel. The interior designs were by world renown C. Tony Pereira
Sloped and angular rooflines, wall to wall windows and sliders and exposed beams, these homes help bring the outdoors in.

Alive with history and details you will not find anywhere else in the Valley Paradise Palms offers a different alternative to living in Las Vegas. Trust in a real estate consultant that truly understands this area.
