I will admit it....it has been a long time since Lake Las Vegas has hit my radar. From a real estate perspective, LLV has taken a hit in the recession - really hard. A lot of changes have taken place out there and it is not longer the LLV I remember from 2010. Although the Village has soooo much potential, it is still a ghost town. The shops are all pretty closed, and the casino is now an event center that hardly gets used. I think in the future it will come around. Retail is tough in many places, and Lake Las Vegas Village is a specialty location they may have a hard time filling.
Lake Las Vegas Watersports is amazing....and a great addition.
There is a TON of watersports, kayaks, paddle boards and other aquatic activities and rentals. What a great way to spend an afternoon. Paddle board yoga???? Too adventurous for me, but they got it! Go Check it out. They are located at The Village!
