Full Service Listing

The majority of our clients choose this service when listing their home for sale. It offers a comprehensive marketing plan including up to 35 professional photos and a video tour, extended online advertisement targeting both domestic & international buyers.  Print media campaign to further target buyers and expose your home.  We attend the majority of all showings, present throughout the process for inspections, appraisals and handle the negotiations in every step of the way. This is just a surface of what we offer with this listing option, and will further discuss details with you at our appointment. 

Limited Plus - Option

1% listing side commission! For the seller who still wants professional service and negotiations, but with limited exposure.  When we meet we can discuss what this service includes. 

Limited Service

Very basic and limited exposure.  Professionally negotiated contract without any of the extras.  Further reduction in commission.
